We are seeking individuals with a diverse background who have experience in both residential and commercial projects. Applicants must have both interior and exterior painting experience. Regardless of experience, candidates will need to show dependability with a willingness to work all aspects of the job/position. Please note: Background checks are done prior to hiring.

All positions will include ladder work and some will include working on boom lifts and scissor lifts. Anyone applying must not have a fear of heights and expect to be up to 40’ in the air on certain occasions.

Employees are sometimes asked to work without supervision or alone and must be reliable enough to complete tasks during these instances. Positions are full-time, and employees will be expected to show up on time at scheduled start time along with working up to 40 hours per week. Typically, we strive to maintain a Monday-Friday work schedule, however dependent on the project; night, weekend, and/or overtime work may be required on certain occasions.

Positions/Qualifications:

Experienced Painter (5+ years experience) 

• Must be knowledgeable in surfaces and product types such as primer, paints, and sundries.
• Efficient in spraying, back rolling, and know how to operate a paint sprayer.
• Efficient with a brush/cutting in straight lines (minimum 125-150 LF per hour)
• Efficient in rolling with 18”, 9”, and 4” mini rollers
• Efficient in taping, masking and protecting.
• Efficient with millwork repair (wood filler, Bondo, and sanding)
• Efficient in minor wall repair/patching (spackle, sanding, texture)
• Efficient in caulking
• Experience pressure washing
• Clean and organized
• Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts.
• Should have experience in ordering proper quantities of products and inventory knowledge.
• Must be able to lift up to 100lbs. (5 gallon buckets)

 Intermediate Painter (3-5 years Experience)

• Efficient in back rolling behind sprayer
• Efficient with a brush/cutting skills (minimum 100 LF per hour)
• Efficient in rolling with 18” and 4” mini rollers. (9’’ is a plus)
• Efficient in taping, masking and protecting.
• Must have knowledge in mill work prep (filling holes, wood filler, sanding)
• Efficient in caulking
• Efficient in minor wall repair/patching (spackle, sanding, texture)
• Experience on a boom and scissor lifts (is a plus but not required)
• Experience pressure washing
• Clean and organized
• Must be able to clean a paint sprayer (when necessary)
• Must be able to lift up to 100lbs. (5 gallon buckets)

Painter’s apprentice (1-3 years Experience)

• Knowledge of taping, masking, and protecting
• Must be able to clean a paint sprayer
• Must be able to use a brush and 4” mini roller
• Must be able to fill spackle/fill holes
• Experience pressure washing
• Must be clean and organized
• Must be able to lift up to 100lbs. (5 gallon buckets)

All candidates must have the following:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (truck or van is a plus)
• Painters whites
• Paint brush and mini roller frame
• PPE: Hard hat, steel toe boots, high reflective vest or sweatshirt (safety glasses will be provided)
• Verifiable experience from previous employer or picture portfolio.
